Services
We offer four core services: Professional House Cleaning, Luxury Pickup and Delivery Laundry, Errand Service (grocery runs, returns, pickups, drop-offs), and Concierge Home Management for clients who want comprehensive, ongoing home operations support. All services are bookable through our digital platform.
We currently serve Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill — the full Triangle area. If you're unsure whether we serve your specific location, reach out and we'll confirm.
Yes. You can add a laundry service on top of a cleaning appointment during your booking flow. Our concierge management tier is designed for clients who want multiple services coordinated on an ongoing basis through a single point of contact.
Booking
Book directly through our online platform — no phone calls required. Each service has its own guided booking flow that captures everything we need before we arrive. Cleaning takes about 3 minutes to book. Laundry is similarly quick. You'll receive a confirmation once your booking is placed.
We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance for cleaning services. Laundry standard delivery requires same-day scheduling for next-day return. Express overnight laundry is available for same-day pickup when capacity allows.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. Payment is collected at the time of booking. For laundry, the estimated charge is collected upfront and adjusted after your items are weighed — you'll never be surprised.
Yes. Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee. Contact us at the email in your confirmation to make changes.
House Cleaning
Our standard cleaning covers all rooms, kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors, all bathrooms, floors (swept, mopped, or vacuumed by floor type), and general tidying. Add-ons like deep cleaning, inside oven, inside fridge, pet hair removal, and move-in/move-out service are available during booking.
No. During booking you'll choose your preferred access method — door code, lockbox, concierge desk, meet-at-door, garage entry, or other. If you select that you won't be home, you'll be asked where our team should leave the key when finished.
We use professional-grade standard cleaning products by default. During booking you can upgrade to hypoallergenic, fragrance-free products for an additional $10 — ideal for sensitive households. We do not currently bring products provided by clients.
Yes. All clients with pets are required to complete a pet safety agreement during booking. All pets must be secured for the entire duration of service. Our team does not interact with animals at any time. Failure to secure pets may result in cancellation and a full service charge.
Cleaning is priced by home size: $199 (1BR/1BA), $299 (2BR/2BA), $389 (3BR/2.5BA), $479 (4BR/3BA+). Add-ons are priced individually and shown clearly during booking. You see the full total before you confirm.
Laundry Service
You schedule a pickup through our booking flow, select your bag count and sizes, choose your detergent preference and care options, then select your delivery speed. We pick up your laundry, wash, fold, and return it — washed exactly how you specified.
Standard delivery is $2.50/lb with a $50 minimum — pickup by 8pm, delivered the following day by 8pm. Express overnight is $5.00/lb with a $70 minimum — same-day pickup, delivered by 10am the next morning. Express has a 60lb weight limit and hang dry is unavailable.
Yes. Comforters, duvets, and pillows are priced at $20 each with no per-pound counting. Select the quantity during your booking and we handle the rest.
Before confirming your laundry order, you certify that your items contain no bugs, mold, or hazardous materials, no biological waste beyond normal household traces, and no severe pet matting. Violations incur a $20 sanitation fee and items may be returned unwashed. This protects both you and our team.
Our Team
Our services are performed by vetted local professionals in the Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill area. Every service provider is screened before working with Triangle's Concierge clients. We maintain consistent quality standards across all services.
Yes. All service providers operating under Triangle's Concierge carry appropriate liability coverage. If you have a concern about a service, contact us immediately at our partnerships or client contact email and we will address it directly.
Contact us within 24 hours of your completed service. We take quality seriously and will work to make it right — whether that means a re-service, a credit, or another resolution. We don't leave issues unresolved.
Partnerships
Nothing for the Directory Listing and Resident Perks tiers. Your residents book and pay us directly. Your property gets the benefit of offering a premium amenity at zero cost. The Branded Concierge (white-label) program has custom pricing based on scope — contact us for details.
For a Directory Listing or Resident Perks program, setup takes less than one week from the time you confirm. We handle all materials, custom codes, and onboarding. You just give us the green light.
No long-term commitment is required for Directory Listing or Resident Perks partnerships. The Branded Concierge program involves an annual partnership agreement with flexible terms. We believe in making it easy to say yes — and even easier to stay.
